"Allah streckt des Nachts
Seine Hand aus, damit, wer
am Tag gesündigt hat, sich reuig zu Ihm wende, und Er streckt Seine Hand am
Tage aus, damit, wer in der Nacht gesündigt hat, sich reuig zu ihm wende,
(und er tut dies) bis die Sonne im Westen aufgeht." |

| The Prophet has said: | ||
| Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, Stretches out His Hand during the night so that the people repent for the fault committed from dawn till dusk and He stretches out His Hand daring the day so that the people may reprint for the fault committed from dusk to dawn. (He would accept repentance) before the sun rises in the west (before the Day of Resurrection). | ||

| Allahs Gesandter hat gesagt: | ||
|
"Allah, der Mächtige und Erhabene, spricht:
"Wer Gutes tut, wird dafür das Zehnfache erhalten, und Ich vermehre es. Wer Böses tut, dessen Vergeltung entspricht seiner bösen Tat, oder ich vergebe ihm. Wer sich Mir eine Handspanne nähert, dem komme ich eine Elle entgegen; und wer sich mir eine Elle nähert, dem komme ich einen Klafter entgegen; wer zu mir gegangen kommt, zu dem komme ich gelaufen, und wer mir mit Sünden so groß wie die Erde begegnet, Mir (aber) nichts zur Seite stellt, dem begegne Ich mit entsprechender Vergebung." |

| Allahs Messenger has said: | ||
| He who comes with a good deed, its reward will be ten like that or even more. And he who comes with vice, his reward will be only one like that, or I can forgive him. He who draws close to Me a hand's span, I will draw close to him an arm's length. And whoever draws near Me an arm's length, I will draw near him a fathom's length. And whoever comes to Me walking, I will go to him running. And whoever faces Me with sins nearly as great as the earth, I will meet him with forgiveness nearly as great as that, provided he does not worship something with me. | ||
