Or examine the behaviour of the Germans in East-Africa and Namibia:

1 first want to say, that the Germans behaviour in East‑Africa is representative for the behaviour of the other European countries. But it would go beyond any dimensions if 1 would start to write about each country.

The reasons why the Germans entered foreign countries were different: One reason was the strong influence of the banks and the industry, which wanted for their money, the most cheap raw material and huge markets for their products. The army was interested in the huge steel resources. As well as the ship‑ and the steel‑industry.

Most of the area which is now known as East‑Africa, was taken in possession by the private person Carl Peters. The journey took 7 days and cost 2.000 Reichsmark. Peters was financed by the Industry and Banks,

Peters thought that the blacks were the perfect slaves and had no moral reasons, speaking against the exploitation of a colony because of national interests.

When the Blacks did not agreed to work on the plantations, the Germans took this as a reason to proof their racial prejudices:

Blacks are lazy, uncivilised and deceitful. They are parasites, loafers and not able to be autonomous. But the Germans as representatives of a higher race had the duty to lead them.

But this was not true:

The East‑Africans had enough food, and were dressed according to their property. They kept themselves and their environment tidy. That is why they lived healthy. Their earth provided them with everything which they needed to survive. They were very good in building houses, weapons and equipment. The population in Africa was not high, that is why there was enough for the living of every one. So the Blacks had no reason to work for the Germans.

After the Germans found out, that this could achieve nothing, one had the idea to invent a huttax. The reason for that was, that the Black must have money in order to pay the tax. But they only could get money if the worked. So the Blacks had to work now. The one who still resisted, were beaten as well as the ones who did not paid their taxes:

They got bounded whipped and until a relative paid the taxes for them.
